Serial-Litigants is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our website. This privacy policy explains the steps we take to ensure information about you is kept secure and confidential.
The information we collect
We will only collect personal information about you and given by you when you apply for help using our online contact form. Any personal information you provide to us including for example, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Serial-Litigants. We will not pass on any information provided by you.
Serial Litigants will restrict the use of the information you provide on the individual to a search of the public register of Employment Tribunals´ hearing.
Serial Litigants will not disseminate the information you provide or give it to any third parties in any circumstances (other than following a court order).
We will abide by the Data Protection Act 1996 and all other applicable laws during the processing and storage of all information you provide to us.
Purposes for which we use information about our users
We collect information about you to enable us to:
- provide you with the search services we offer
- communicate with you in response to an enquiry
- better advise you on your enquiry relating to your specific circumstances

In addition other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through Serial-Litigants, have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
