What we do
If you believe that you would benefit from our service we can conduct a search on your behalf. We believe in justice through transparency. We have two services on offer to help your case.
Our search may well provide you with essential information which would allow you to increase the prospect of winning your case.
Fees
Our fee for a search of decisions is a flat £99.
This is temporarily discounted to £50 plus VAT, and £5 plus VAT for each tribunal decision obtained. The only charge is the Register´s standard copying charges, currently 20 pence per page (this is the sum we are charged to copy the documents).
To instruct us, simply get in touch with us online. In doing so, you confirm acceptance of our basic terms and conditions.
What we don´t do
We do not conduct a search if we are aware that it is going to lead to victimisation of an individual. We do not condone victimisation in any way shape and form and we completely oppose any such acts. Further, acts of victimisation are unlawful.
We conduct searches on behalf of parties engaged in litigation, so that they may bring to the Employment Tribunal´s attention relevant information.
If you are unsure if your actions could count as victimisation you should obtain legal advice. You may wish to contact : Gordon Turner, Solicitor at Partners law who will charge £250 an hour plus VAT for advice.
