About Gordon Turner
Gordon Turner, co-founder of Partners Employment Lawyers (www.partnerslaw.co.uk). He has 16 years´ qualified experience and has handled all manner of cases, many of which have been high profile and broken new ground (google ´Gordon Turner solicitor UK´). Gordon has appeared on Panorama and Radio 4´s ´Law in Action´ and has given presentations throughout England and Wales and abroad on Employment Law. Whilst he has a keen interest in legal developments, Gordon is always looking for pragmatic ways to help bring the law to life - serial-litigants.com is just one of these.
About Damian McCarthy
Damian McCarthy is a very experienced Employment Law Advocate. He has been listed in the Legal 500 and represents clients in Employment Tribunal.
He is regularly used in high profile discrimination cases by individual Claimants or by blue-chip companies, local authorities and trade unions. He advised and acted for Moira Stuart in her employment dispute with the BBC and has acted in some of the largest dismissal or discrimination claims over recent years.
He has a client focussed approach and obtains outstanding results at a very reasonable cost. Hcan get to the heart of a case very quickly saving the client cost and ensuring outstanding results.
He regularly lectures to other lawyers on complex issues and is sought by national media outlets (TV and newspapers) to comment on cases.
About Hina Belitz
Hina Belitz, co-founder of Partners Employment Lawyers, has 15 years´ qualified experience. With a City background, Hina has helped employers with cases across the entire spectrum. Hina is author of The Penguin Guide to Employment Rights, prefaced by Cherie Blair and given a 5-star rating by Personnel Today. Her work is based on the partnering model, standing shoulder to shoulder with her clients and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded and, where possible, using the law to shape events.
